How ordering works
Choose the pricing size and quantity, add production specifications, upload artwork and place the order. Patch Tripper prepares a digital proof for approval before manufacturing begins.
Production and delivery
Orders are made to order. The delivery estimate is confirmed after artwork review and proof approval. Standard shipping is $45 at 50 pieces and free from 100 pieces.
Pricing-size rule
Pricing uses the longest side of the finished patch, rounded up to the nearest available half-inch tier in the approved price list.
Media and design accuracy
The primary gallery will show five angles and one short video of the same reference product. Other manufactured examples remain in a separate inspiration section so customers are never shown mixed products as one item.

Am I buying the designs shown in the gallery?
No. Gallery images are manufacturing examples. Your bulk order is produced using your own approved artwork and specifications.
What is the minimum order?
The online minimum is 50 pieces of one approved design. Available online tiers are 50, 100, 200, 400, 500 and 1,000 pieces.
Can I order a custom size or shape?
Yes. Enter the finished width and height and choose a standard or custom shape. Pricing is based on the longest finished side.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. A digital proof is provided for approval, and production begins only after the artwork and proof are approved.
What is included at no charge?
Design help, setup, digitizing and the pre-production digital proof are included. Shipping and applicable PVC/leather mold fees are shown separately.
Can I request pricing above 1,000 pieces or for a complex project?
