Shipping Policy
Patch Tripper products are custom-made after artwork review and proof approval. They are not pre-stocked.
Standard U.S. shipping for custom patches
- 50 pieces: $45 standard shipping.
- 100 pieces and above: free standard shipping.
These rates apply to the regular made-to-order patch categories available for online configuration: embroidered, woven, PVC, chenille, leather and sublimated patches. Specialty, unusually complex, mixed-product and quote-only projects receive shipping terms in the approved quotation.
Production and transit time
Production begins only after the digital proof is approved. Most custom patch orders require approximately two weeks for production; PVC and unusually complex constructions can require additional time. The estimated ship date and delivery method are confirmed after artwork review.
Transit time begins after production is complete and the order is handed to the carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, service interruptions, customs or incorrect delivery information.
International orders
International shipping rates and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout or in the quotation. The customer is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes or customs charges unless the written quotation states otherwise.
Tracking and delivery
A tracking link is sent when the order ships. Customers should review the delivery address before approving the proof and contact us promptly if a correction is required. Address changes requested after shipment may be unavailable or may create additional carrier charges.
